Never thought that I'd jog twice in a day but this is wat I did today.
The first one - I woke up early at 6.50am (ok didn't seem so early now) and did a 1.2km on my treadmill. Was feeling tired so wasn't that keen to do more, not to mention that I didn't have alot of time left to prepare to go to work.
Second jog - I steamed with anger since lunch time today. At work, I stared at my monitor with a kind of fierce concentration to channel the violent energy churning within towards some external source. I left the office at 6.10pm becos doing up the stats accounts wasn't enough for me to expend all that energy.
I brisk-walked home in my heels instead of taking the feeder bus in an attempt to walk off the excessive energy which did not seem to have any sign of abating. In the end, I went for another short jog to work it out and paced myself faster than usual (unconsciously). Abt 2.26km as per http://www.mapmyrun.com/ in abt 15mins (usual would be 1km every 5mins - my timing is appalling, I know) though I was feeling abit lightheaded after that. But at least it managed to calm the maelstrom within to a simmering state that is easier to control.
And now, I'm tired. Going to slp it off. Tomorrow would be a better day.
